Legal Basis: Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) Number 2 of 2022 - Article 79 paragraph 3: The leave as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b, which must be granted to the Worker/Labourer, is annual leave of at least 12 (twelve) working days after the Worker/Labourer concerned has worked continuously for 12 (twelve) months.
