Severance Pay (UP)

Main compensation given to workers upon termination, amount determined by tenure (1-9 months salary).

Service Recognition Pay (UPMK)

Recognition for workers with minimum 3 years tenure, amount ranges from 2-10 months salary depending on tenure.

Compensation Rights (UPH)

Includes unused leave, transportation costs, housing, medical & healthcare (15% of UP+UPMK), and other rights.
