THR Eligibility Requirements
  • Employee who has worked for at least 1 month
  • Employee who is still actively working during the holiday
  • Employee who meets the requirements according to employment contract
THR Calculation Method

    Tenure ≥12 months: THR = 1 full month salary
  • 2
    Tenure 1-11 months: THR = (salary × tenure) ÷ 12
  • 3
    Tenure <1 month: Not eligible for THR
